Bleckmann is building a dedicated AI capability to drive innovation across our global operations. As an AI Developer, you translate business challenges into intelligent AI solutions using AI, ML, Generative AI, and Copilot.

You will work with stakeholders, data engineers, IT teams and partners to deliver scalable, secure AI applications that improve processes and decision-making across a fast-growing international organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with Python, SQL and AI/ML development.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, or Copilot solutions.
• Familiarity with Prompt Engineering, RAG, Embeddings and Vector Search.

measurable business value.Develop, test, deploy and maintain AI models and AI-powered solutions, ensuring reliability, performance and scalability.Translate prototypes and Proof of Concepts into existing AI solutions based on performance, user feedback and evolving business requirements.Business Partnership & Use Case DevelopmentCollaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify
