mozzeno, fintech belge en forte croissance, recherche un AI Automation Engineer pour concevoir et maintenir des solutions d'automatisation alimentées par l'IA au service de nos équipes et processus métiers.

Vous développerez des automatisations avec Python et PowerShell, et vous déployerez des workflows IA avec Dify pour orchestrer des tâches via des LLM, tout en assurant l'intégration et la fiabilité des systèmes et des données.

Qualifications

• Diplôme en informatique ou expérience équivalente.
• Maîtrise de Python et de PowerShell pour l'automatisation, le scripting et l'intégration.
• Intérêt réel pour l'IA et les LLMs, expérience avec Dify ou des outils similaires.
• Expérience avec les APIs et l'orchestration de systèmes.
• Environnement cloud (Google, AWS).
• Bonnes compétences en communication et travail en équipe.
• Capacité à travailler en français et anglais; le néerlandais est un atout.

Responsabilités

• Concevoir et entretenir un portefeuille de solutions d'automatisation qui soutiennent les équipes et les processus métiers, majoritairement basés sur l'IA.
• Concevoir et déployer des workflows IA alimentés par Dify pour orchestrer des étapes basées sur les LLM et les intégrer dans les processus métier.
• Orchestrer des processus de bout en bout entre nos outils et systèmes, et construire les intégrations et la logique qui les relient.
• Développer une expertise fonctionnelle dans notre architecture de solution et identifier les points de douleur pour proposer des améliorations.
• Gérer et optimiser les outils externes utilisés par nos équipes, en les maintenant à jour et bien intégrés.

Based inLouvain-la-Neuve and currently experiencing strong growth, mozzeno is looking for anAI Automation Engineer to design, orchestrate and AI-augment our business processes.

Job content

As an AI Automation Engineer, you will design, build and maintain a portfolio of automation solutions that support mozzeno's teams and business processes - increasingly powered by AI.
Concretely, you will:

• Build automations with Python and PowerShell - scripts, integrations and services that connect our applications, move and transform data, and remove manual steps across the organisation.
• Design and ship AI-powered workflows using Dify - our AI workflow platform - to orchestrate LLM-based steps (document processing, classification, extraction, drafting, internal assistants and agents) and embed them safely into our business processes.
• Orchestrate end-to-end processes across our tools and systems - understanding how each application delivers part of the overall solution, and building the integrations and logic that make them work together reliably from one end to the other.
• Develop functional expertise in our solution architecture, digging into the operational reality of each process to identify pain points and formulate solutions that genuinely improve the way we work.
• Manage and get the most out of the external tools used by our teams, keeping them current, well-integrated and delivering real value.

Profil

• You have a degree in computer science, or you are self-taught with tangible IT experience.
• You areproficient in Python and PowerShell for automation, scripting and integration work - comfortable working with APIs, manipulating data, and building reliable, maintainable code.
• You have a genuine interest inAI and LLMs, and ideally hands‑on experience building workflows withDify (or similar tools such as n8n, LangChain, Make, or comparable LLM‑orchestration platforms). You are familiar with concepts such asprompting, RAG, embeddings, agentic workflows and tool/function calling, and understand how to put an LLM to work reliably inside a business process.
• You are comfortableintegrating and orchestrating systems through APIs, and think naturally about how tools and processes fit together end to end.
• You are at ease in acloud environment (Google, AWS).
• You are naturally eager to learn the big picture, to dive into the functional and operational aspects of a business process, to understand the details and pain points, and to formulate solutions to improve them.
• You have excellent problem‑solving skills and can judge when to involve peers or experts.
• You are detail‑oriented, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several tasks and projects at once.
• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders across the organisation.
• You can work effectively in French & English, and Dutch is always an asset
