Teamleader is seeking a Forward Deployed Automation Engineer to join our AI Labs. You will co-build automations, manage authentication and hosting, and transform recurring blockers into reusable building blocks. You’ll ensure each automation has owners, adoption metrics, and cost awareness.

We value a process-first mindset, fluency in Dutch and English, and hands-on experience with AI, APIs, scripting, and databases. The role offers a hybrid working model with strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Real hands-on experience with AI.
• Builder-generalist with APIs, scripting, auth flows, front-end development, databases, SQL and LLM tooling.
• Process-first mindset and ability to explain technical work to non-technical colleagues.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Co-build in our AI Labs: turn team-identified use cases into working automations (Claude skills & MCP, APIs, scripts, webhooks, internal apps).
• Own the last mile that blocks teams today: auth & permissions, token management, MCP/connector setup, hosting and scheduling.
• Solve patterns, not tickets: create reusable building blocks on our AI platform.
• Tie every automation to the team's success metric with owner, usage measure and cost dimension.
• Document, hand over, and teach teams to run and adapt what you built; act as internal partner.

We Are Looking for a Forward Deployed Automation Engineer to join us

As a Forward Deployed Automation Engineer at Teamleader, you will:

• Co-build in our AI Labs: turn team-identified use cases into working automations (Claude skills & MCP, APIs, scripts, webhooks, internal apps).
• Own the last mile that blocks teams today: auth & permissions, token management, MCP/connector setup, hosting and scheduling — so automations run reliably without you babysitting them.
• Solve patterns, not tickets: recurring blockers become reusable, documented building blocks on our shared AI platform (MCP gateway, agent hosting, context layer).
• Tie every automation to the team's success metric: each build ships with an owner, a usage/adoption measure, and a cost dimension.
• Leave teams self-sufficient: document, hand over, and teach the team to run and adapt what you built together. We are an internal partner, not a solution factory.
