Manuchar is seeking a Team Lead Trade Accountants at its Antwerp HQ to own the A/P process and drive workflow automation. You will lead six accountants, overseeing daily processing, workload prioritization, and issue resolution while advancing standardization and internal controls.

You will collaborate with Finance, IT and Treasury, support growth, and contribute to continuous improvements in a multinational environment. Fluent English and Dutch are required.

Qualifications

• Min. bachelor\'s degree in accounting (or equivalent) with min. 3 years of experience as a people leader in a transactional accounting environment.
• Proven experience in process improvement, ideally within a shared services or multinational context.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a clear, engaging communication style.
• Understanding of VAT principles.
• Experience with Microsoft D365 ERP and Power BI is a plus.
• Accountable, structured, accurate, customer-centric and solution-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and support a team of six A/P accountants.
• Oversee daily A/P processing and ensure timely, accurate results.
• Organize and prioritize the transactional workload; identify and resolve operational issues.
• Take the lead in the rollout of A/P workflow automation, ensuring proper implementation, adoption and continuous optimization.
• Drive standardization and process improvements and maintain SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards and audit requirements.
• Act as the key liaison with Inside Sales, Treasury, IT and Accounting peers.
