• Actively search for talent through social media, job boards, networking and our database.
• Conduct qualitative interviews and clearly map strengths, ambitions and personality.
• Present candidates to clients with strong reporting and careful follow-up.
• Guide both client and candidate through the full recruitment process.
• Build durable relationships with candidates and learn our market and clients well.
• Contribute ideas on process improvements, marketing concepts and our social media presence.
• Over time, maintain relationships with existing clients and expand long-term partnerships.
• Prospect actively and persuade new companies of our expertise.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio with responsibility and ownership.
