Supply Chain Talents is seeking a growth-focused professional to help expand our network in Oost- and West-Vlaanderen and Antwerp. You will blend business development with people management, opening new client engagements, and building a team of Supply Chain Consultants under the House of Talents umbrella.

You will guide consultants on assignments, ensure high-quality delivery, and drive ongoing relationships with clients and consultants alike, supporting our regional expansion goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in growing a consulting practice.
• Track record in building and developing client relationships in supply chain.
• Ability to translate customer needs into consulting projects.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and win new companies with supply chain needs.
• Develop existing partnerships and expand collaborations.
• Translate customer needs into concrete consultancy projects.
• Build and lead a team of Supply Chain Consultants with HR collaboration.
• Match consultants to projects based on expertise and ambition.
• Coach and support consultants during assignments.
• Ensure ongoing quality and continuity of client–consultant relationships.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to grow Supply Chain Talents in the region.

Wil je meer dan alleen accounts beheren? In deze rol bouw je mee aan de verdere groei van onze collega's van Supply Chain Talents in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen OF Antwerpen. Je combineert business development en people management: je opent nieuwe klanten en projecten, bouwt je eigen team van Supply Chain Consultants uit en begeleidt hen tijdens hun opdrachten. Supply Chain Talents maakt deel uit van House of Talents, een gevestigde groep gespecialiseerd in knelpuntprofielen. Je krijgt daardoor de ruimte en het ondernemerschap van een groeiende business, met de ondersteuning en slagkracht van een grotere organisatie.

Jobomschrijving

• Je prospecteert actief naar bedrijven met tijdelijke of structurele noden binnen supply chain.
• Je bouwt nieuwe klantenrelaties op en ontwikkelt bestaande samenwerkingen verder.
• Je brengt de behoefte van klanten in kaart en vertaalt die naar concrete consultancyprojecten.
• Je bouwt stap voor stap je eigen team van Supply Chain Consultants uit, in samenwerking met onze HR Officers.
• Je koppelt consultants aan projecten die aansluiten bij hun expertise en ambities.
• Je volgt jouw consultants tijdens hun opdrachten op en ondersteunt hen in hun professionele ontwikkeling.
• Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en continuïteit van de samenwerking met zowel klant als consultant.
• Samen met je collega Account Manager bouw je Supply Chain Talents verder uit in de regio.
