iRecruiter is assisting a growing Flemish real estate developer in finding a land buyer who will oversee acquisition for residential projects in East and West Flanders. You will prospect opportunities, perform quick feasibility checks, and present dossiers to the purchase committee for rapid decisions.

You work autonomously, build long-term relationships, and travel regularly within the region. A hands-on, commercial mindset and excellent Excel/Sketch-Up comfort help you succeed in this pivotal

Qualifications

• Experience in land acquisition, project development, or related commercial real estate roles.
• Resilient, persistent, and able to work through objections.
• Excellent networking skills with a focus on long-term relationships.
• Independent worker who can organize own schedule.
• Experience with brownfields, repurposing, or remediation projects is a plus.
• Basic Excel and comfort with digital tools; in-house software training provided.
• Sketch-Up knowledge is a plus, not required.
• Driver's license B and willingness to travel regularly in East- and West-Flanders.
• Salary aligned with market, plus extralegal benefits (company car, allowances, meal vouchers, IT equipment).

Responsabilités

• Actively prospect land for development and repurposing parcels and project sites.
• Cold and warm prospecting through personal network and proactive outreach to landowners, notaries, surveyors and brokers.
• Prepare feasibility analyses based on urban planning and financial parameters.
• Conduct site visits and provide initial volumetric estimates (Sketch-Up a plus).
• Prepare dossiers and present to the purchase committee.
• Handle administrative follow-up and reporting.
