Forum Jobs seeks an experienced CNC Programmer to craft and optimize programs for 5-axis CNC milling machines in a Belgian manufacturing setting. You will design and tune CAM code using TopSolid CAM, set up production, and drive tooling and mold machining with a strong emphasis on quality.

The role requires reading complex drawings, collaborating with engineering and production, and ensuring standards are met. Relocation support and growth opportunities are offered in this long-term position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a CNC programming role.
• Experience with 5-axis CNC milling machines.
• Experience with TopSolid CAM or similar CAM software.
• Excellent knowledge of Siemens Sinumerik or Heidenhain controls.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience with tooling, molds, and precision machining.
• Strong technical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English (minimum B1 level).
• Ability to work independently and accurately.

Responsabilités

• Programming 5-axis CNC milling machines using TopSolid CAM.
• Creating and optimizing CNC programs.
• Setting up and launching new products into production.
• Programming and machining molds and tooling.
• Performing quality controls and preparing inspection reports.
• Analyzing and improving machining processes.
• Working closely with engineering and production departments.
• Ensuring quality and production standards are met.
