Oliver James is seeking ambitious 360° Recruitment Consultants to grow our Belgian IT market, not a traditional HR role. You will build your own market, develop new business, headhunt top IT talent and manage the recruitment process from A to Z.

You will build and develop your own Belgian market, prospect and win clients, and develop long-term relationships with decision-makers while owning targets, pipeline and results.

Qualifications

• Must have sales or recruitment background and a strong drive to succeed.
• Ability to build and own your market with limited supervision.
• Comfort with headhunting IT professionals and managing the end-to-end process.
