We\'re seeking dedicated and capable professionals to join our team on a permanent part time basis on the Central Coast, working across a 24/7 rotating roster.
A day in the role of a Youth Worker at CatholicCare may include supporting young people to manage challenging behaviours, planning or attending activities and following daily routines to promote life-skills development. As part of being the young person\'s role model, you will also complete case notes and admin tasks daily as well as helping to maintain a clean and safe environment.
You will provide 1:1 support to young people aged 12-17. This complex care requires strength, emotional maturity, and the ability to stay calm and consistent - no two days are the same, but every day matters! You\'ll have a supportive team around you and a Supervisor who is actively involved in your daily support and development.
