Job summary

A community services organization in Vincentia is seeking a passionate Youth Support Worker to make a real difference in the lives of young people. Qualifications

  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • Current driver’s licence and comprehensively insured vehicle.
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check.
  • Ability to pass a Working with Children Check.
  • Ability to work full-time Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm.

APM is continuing its impactful work with the Transition to Work contract, and we are now seeking individuals passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people as a Youth Support Worker in our Vincentia, NSW office.

As a Youth Support Worker, you will be assessing the needs of the participants, identifying barriers to employment and providing solutions focussed approaches to support young people to achieve ongoing education and/or employment.
