We’re looking for a motivated, organised, and caring individual to coordinate and lead our youth programs in Currumbin Waters. If you’re experienced in working with children and thrive in a role that blends hands‑on support with administrative leadership, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

About the Role

As the Youth Programs Onsite Coordinator, you’ll be the heart of our daily operations — designing engaging activity plans, directly supporting children, and mentoring your team to deliver safe, meaningful, and inclusive programs. This is a permanent part‑time role, working split shifts from 6:30 AM–9 AM and 2:30 PM–6 PM, Monday to Friday — ideal for someone who enjoys variety and values work‑life balance.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and implement creative, engaging daily activity plans
  • Lead and support a passionate team of youth support workers
  • Liaise with families and the Program Leader to ensure high‑quality care and clear communication
  • Provide hands‑on support to children with emotional, behavioural, or physical needs
  • Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment
  • Oversee administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and compliance
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, positivity, and child‑focused care
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience working with children, ideally those with complex needs or behaviours
  • Background in administration or program coordination
  • Previous experience in a school or disability support setting is highly regarded
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Confidence in planning and delivering daily programmes and activities
  • A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach
  • Ability to lead and support a diverse team

  • QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)
  • First Aid and CPR Certificate
