Job summary

Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) invites applications for a Mental Health Clinician at the headspace Wonthaggi centre. This part-time role works four days a week (Mon, Wed, Thu + Tue evening shift) within a multidisciplinary team to deliver youth-friendly, evidence-based care in line with headspace models.

You will hold an allied health qualification with AHPRA/AASW and have at least two years’ youth/mental health experience, including intake and risk assessment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in allied health discipline with AHPRA registration or AASW membership.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in youth and/or mental health, including intake, risk assessment, and interventions.
• Strong communication and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Victorian Driver’s Licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Engage with young people and families and develop collaborative care plans.
• Deliver interventions, respond to risks and support intake and referrals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide youth-friendly care in line with headspace model.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team under the headspace framework.
