Queensland Government's Mackay Community Health Centre, Child and Youth Mental Health Service, is seeking an Occupational Therapist, Psychologist, Social Worker or Clinical Nurse for a temporary role. The team provides mental health case-management, intake, and group work for young people with moderate to severe mental health needs.

You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver clinical care in a therapeutic setting, guided by Mental Health Act 2016 and relevant policies.

Qualificações

• Multidisciplinary mental health PROFESSIONALS deliver case-management and clinical care within CYMHS.
• Clinicians work within professional standards and Mental Health Act 2016 requirements.
• Role involves intake, assessment, referral and treatment in youth mental health.

Responsabilidades

• Provide mental health case-management for youth with chronic/severe illness.
• Collaborate with consumers and multidisciplinary teams to maintain a therapeutic environment.
• Deliver discipline-specific services and consultation as required within the team.
• Participate in an intake roster and after-hours rotations as part of CYMHS.
