Job summary

Sonder is a not-for-profit mental health and human services organisation serving Kaurna Country, Adelaide. You will join a multidisciplinary youth mental health team to provide psychosocial assessments, focused therapy, and counselling for young people aged 12 to 25 in a primary care setting.

You will deliver evidence-based interventions, contribute to group programs, and support care planning with stakeholders. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are strongly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to youth aged 12–25.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in primary care settings with care planning and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessments and focused clinical therapy.
• Deliver counselling and psychological interventions to young people aged 12–25.
• Coordinate care, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and participate in supervision.
