Job summary

Central Desert Regional Council in remote Northern Territory seeks a Team Leader, Youth and Community Safety to oversee Youth, Sports & Recreation (YSR) and Community Safety Patrol (CSP) in Lajamanu or Laramba. You will lead programs in line with Council strategy, policies and legislation, and drive community safety outcomes.

The role offers a fast-growing career path, a base salary from A$80,524 plus a 15% roster loading, six weeks’ annual leave, NAIDOC Day holiday, extra days between Christmas

Qualifications

• Experience in youth development or community safety is preferred.
