You will undertake a Certificate III in Electrotechnology gaining hands‑on experience and mentoring from our highly skilled professionals. This 4-year apprenticeship will equip you with the skills needed to become a qualified Electrical Fitter.

Our Apprenticeship Program offers comprehensive training and on‑going support empowering you to reveal and discover your full potential.

  • Location : Para Hills West facility featuring an on‑site caf quarterly staff lunches and free parking
What you will learn as an Apprentice Electrical Fitter
  • Set up testing, repair and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment
  • Carry out diagnostics & troubleshooting of hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems
  • Work on electric drive truck high voltage systems
  • Carry out the complete process of remanufacturing large mining components including disassembly, condition assessment, refurbishment, assembly and testing
About you
  • Passion for learning new things, enthusiasm, sense of pride, high attention to detail
  • Positive attitude, problem solver and a high commitment to safety
  • Drivers License and access to transport to and from the facility by January 2026
  • Completed year 11 before January 2026
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Certificate II or pre‑apprenticeship course in a relevant field (highly desirable)
