Job summary

Kolbe Catholic College seeks a Year Level Leader for the St Clare Campus (Greenvale) from 27 January 2027 to 26 January 2030, with an ongoing teaching component. The role focuses on student wellbeing, pastoral care and leadership of Pastoral Care Teachers.

Key duties include implementing social-emotional learning, Restorative Practices, and supporting transitions for new students within a collaborative, caring school community.

Responsibilities

• Support transition of new students to the year level.
• Lead social-emotional learning using the Respectful Relationships framework.
• Coordinate year-level programs and reporting.

• Level 3 X 2 positions of leadership (POL)

Your duties will include:

• Overseeing the wellbeing, behaviour management and social-emotional development of students in the assigned year
• Fostering an exemplary standard of pastoral care of students, based on the framework of Restorative Practices
• Leading and fostering the professional development of Pastoral Care Teachers
• Supporting the transition of new students to the year level and College.
• Leading the implementation of social-emotional learning in the assigned year level, utilising the framework of the Respectful Relationships program.

• Current Valid VIT registration.
