Job summary

yd is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Australia to support the Store Manager by driving a superior customer experience, achieving sales goals, and fostering a people-first culture focused on succession and retention.

You will lead, coach and develop the store team, provide regular feedback, and ensure VM and sales objectives are met through collaborative leadership and hands-on management.

• Drive and maintain sales performance within the store in line with retail goals, budgets and KPIs.
• Support the Store Manager to plan and execute VM guides to the VM guideline standard.
• Conduct effective weekly store walks with the Store Manager to discuss store and team opportunities and develop actions.
• Primary point of contact and manager on duty on Store Manager’s RDO and Annual Leave.
