• Support the Store Manager to complete product moves to support sales.
• Execute daily store standards in line with VM standards guide.
• Develop knowledge of yd. products and benefits using the product guide.

POSITION PURPOSE

As a Casual Stylist you are responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, assisting with driving your personal sales and ensuring operational excellence. As a Casual Stylist you will demonstrate and display the yd. values of Energy, Collaboration, Inspiration, Success, and Integrity in everything they do - always leading by example. As a Casual, you will:

• Participate in effective communication with the team and management.
• Always represent the brand with professionalism and integrity

PERFORMANCE
