Job summary

Programmed Maintenance Services – Chipping Norton NSW is seeking an experienced Forklift Driver for an ongoing role in a busy distribution yard. You will operate the forklift across the yard, load/unload products and pick/pack orders using RF scanning.

Ideal candidates will have forklift yard experience, be able to handle long loads, and pass police checks as well as drug and alcohol screening. A strong safety focus and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Yard forklift experience is desirable.
• Experience handling long loads is desirable.
• Pick/pack and RF scanning experience.
• Ability to pass a police check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen.
• A strong commitment to working safely.

Responsibilities

• Operating a forklift throughout the yard
• Loading and unloading products
• Picking and packing orders using RF scanning
• Manual handling and general yard duties
• Handling large, awkward and sometimes difficult-to-balance freight on the forklift
• Working safely around other vehicles, equipment and team members
