Job summary

All Lift Forklifts and Access Equipment is seeking a hands-on Yard/Dispatch support role in Heatherbrae, NSW. The position collaborates with Service and Hire departments to ensure smooth yard operations and accurate administration.

Tasks include cleaning, moving equipment, coordinating deliveries and returns, and handling hire paperwork. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to learn internal systems and industry specifics.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dispatch or yard coordination role.
• Forklift license and yellow ticket preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Willingness to learn internal systems.
• Experience with mechanical or hire equipment industries (preferred).
• NSW Driver’s Licence with ability to drive manual vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and detailing Equipment.
• Moving equipment into allocated locations.
• Monitoring Transport deliveries and collections.
• Processing equipment hire paperwork and pre-hire checklists.
• Preparing and reviewing documentation for dispatch and returns.
• Work safely and promote safety in the workplace.
