Job summary

IM Partners Beverley, Adelaide is seeking a hands-on Yard & Delivery Operator to join their operations team. The role combines forklift work, yard duties and on-site deliveries across metropolitan Adelaide.

Ideal candidates have forklift experience and a willingness to obtain an MR licence; you will help keep materials organized, load/unload trucks, and support site teams as needed. This full-time position offers permanent employment, a practical team environment, and the chance to develop

Qualifications

• Experience in yard operations, warehousing, construction, forklift operations or logistics.
• Forklift operating experience, with a current LF licence highly regarded.
• An MR driver's licence, or the willingness and eligibility to obtain one.
• Good practical skills and the ability to safely handle construction materials.
• A reliable, organised and flexible approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.

Looking for a hands‑on role with a bit of variety?

IM Partners is recruiting a reliable and practical Yard & Delivery Operator for a well‑established commercial construction business based in Beverley.

We're looking for someone who enjoys getting stuck in, knows their way around a yard or warehouse, and is comfortable working with materials, equipment and machinery.

You don't need to be an experienced truck driver. If you've worked in a yard, warehouse, construction or logistics environment and have forklift experience, we'd like to hear from you.

Already have an MR licence? Great. Don't have one but willing to get it? We're interested in you too.

The Role

This is a varied, hands‑on position combining yard operations, forklift work and deliveries to construction sites across Adelaide.

You'll be an important part of the operations team, helping ensure the right materials get to the right places when they're needed.

About You

We're not looking for someone who just wants to sit behind the wheel all day. We need someone who is happy to jump on a forklift, organise materials, help in the yard and head out on deliveries when required.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Previous experience in yard operations, warehousing, construction, forklift operations or logistics
• Forklift operating experience, with a current LF licence highly regarded
• An MR driver's licence, or the willingness and eligibility to obtain one
• Good practical skills and the ability to safely handle construction materials
• A reliable, organised and flexible approach to work
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities
• A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed

Experience working with construction materials or delivering to building sites would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
