Job summary

Milwaukee is seeking an experienced Workshop Team Leader to oversee a nine-person service repair team at the Carole Park hub in QLD. You will drive continuous improvements, ensure daily operational excellence and maintain safety and compliance across the workshop.

You will lead with a hands-on, proactive approach, coaching technicians, monitoring repairs, and coordinating training to keep the team aligned with product updates and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience overseeing a small team.
• Experience with tool repairs and service operations.
• Familiarity with service repair centres and workshop environments.
• Strong communication across all levels of the organisation.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and train nine service repair technicians.
• Monitor workshop performance and identify efficiency improvements.
• Review repair quality and conduct regular performance assessments.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies and procedures.
• Escalation point for repair notes and issue resolution.
• Attend product training to stay up-to-date with Milwaukee tools.
