Job summary

MLG Oz is seeking a Leading Hand – Workshop for FIFO WA projects. You will support Workshop Managers and lead high performing teams across Western Australia, focusing on CAT/Komatsu gear and heavy equipment.

This role offers FIFO from any Australian capital city, a site bonus, superannuation on all hours, PPE supplied, and salary packaging options. HR+ license highly regarded; experience with CAT loaders, excavators, side tips, and QSK19 engines preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading trades & apprentices.
• Strong organisation and time management abilities.
• Excellent people skills and leadership presence.
• HR+ license is highly regarded and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshop teams and support Workshop Managers across WA.
• Oversee safe, efficient operation of heavy equipment in a FIFO environment.
