  • Current driver’s licence is necessary.

We’re offering an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced Workshop Foreman to join the team at Campbelltown. If you’re ready to take the lead in a fast-paced service environment and support a team of skilled technicians, this could be your next career move.

What you’ll be responsible for :
  • Oversee the daily operations and technician productivity in the workshop
  • Prioritise and allocate repair orders to ensure on-time completion
  • Assist with technical problem-solving and guide your team through challenging repairs
  • Communicate additional recommended work to the Service Advisor team for customer approval
  • Ensure all documentation and repair orders comply with warranty procedures
  • Maintain workshop cleanliness, ensure OEM tools and equipment are in top condition, and uphold all safety practices
  • Expedite parts orders and eliminate delays in the repair processTake special care with repeat repairs, ensuring lasting fixes and avoiding future comebacks
What we’re looking for :
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the automotive trade with relevant qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Workshop Controller or Foreman is highly desirable
  • MVTC (Motor Vehicle Tradesperson Certificate) is essential
  • A current driver’s licence
  • Air Conditioning Licence, ASCIS, or AUVIS licence would be an advantage
  • Strong leadership and time management skills
  • Ability to mentor apprentices and support team development
  • A commitment to WHS practices and a proactive “Work Safe” approach
  • Great communication skills and a strong attention to detail
  • A team player who thrives in a structured, process-driven environment
