Our highly successful Subaru team is looking for an experiencedWorkshop Controllerto join our leading dealership atSubaru Budoorato lead our team and efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

What’s the opportunity?

This role will be responsible for the management of a designated Service Workshop team.

On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:
  • Directing work and jobs to technicians, monitoring workshop staff performance and productivity.
  • Identifying and overseeing repair of technical issues, providing support to technicians to build knowledge base.
  • Ensuring all work is completed within Manufacturer Repair Times Guide and Trivett’s Retail standards
  • Road testing vehicles to ensure quality and safety checks are completed.
  • Completing quality and timely work as per Repair Order instructions , identifying additional work where required (EVHC) and liaising with Service Advisor's to provide feedback to customers.
To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a current Motor Mechanic Trade Certificate
  • Ability to work in a busy service centre, and previous experience in leading a team.
  • Be passionate about the Subaru brand.
  • Have good eye for detail and clear understanding of workshop operations.
  • Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • You must have a valid, current drivers licence in this role.
