This role is critical to the success of our operations, ensuring all permits and approvals are in place before works commence. You will manage job bookings, liaise with clients and authorities, and keep systems updated to reflect project progress.

Key Responsibilities

Obtain and manage approvals and permits for traffic management plans, ensuring compliance with Main Roads and Local Government requirements.

Update systems to reflect job status and permit progress.

Schedule and coordinate field staff in line with company policies, including fatigue management.

Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of works.

Provide clear instructions to field teams and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.

General administration, reporting, and supporting operational excellence.

About You

Mandatory: WTM (Worksite Traffic Management) or ATM (Advanced Traffic Management) accreditation.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in traffic management.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Proficient in systems and reporting.

Current C-Class Driver’s Licence and White Card.
