A leading traffic management company in Perth is seeking an experienced traffic management professional to ensure all permits and approvals are in place before operations commence. You will liaise with clients and authorities, manage job bookings, and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle. This role is critical to the success of our operations, ensuring all permits and approvals are in place before works commence. You will manage job bookings, liaise with clients and authorities, and keep systems updated to reflect project progress.
Obtain and manage approvals and permits for traffic management plans, ensuring compliance with Main Roads and Local Government requirements.
Update systems to reflect job status and permit progress.
Schedule and coordinate field staff in line with company policies, including fatigue management.
Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of works.
Provide clear instructions to field teams and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.
General administration, reporting, and supporting operational excellence.
Mandatory: WTM (Worksite Traffic Management) or ATM (Advanced Traffic Management) accreditation.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in traffic management.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficient in systems and reporting.
Current C-Class Driver’s Licence and White Card.
