About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you'll oversee WHS compliance, stakeholder engagement, and the implementation of industry‑leading safety practices.

This role is central to risk management, reporting, and embedding safety as a core operational value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion safety culture across all projects and teams
  • Deliver training, inductions, and toolbox talks
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement hazard controls
  • Maintain WHS systems, certifications, and audit readiness
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to uphold standards and drive improvement
  • Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, HVNL, and VicRoads specifications
  • Provide regular reports, memos, and KPI reviews to management
Key Selection Criteria
  • Minimum five years' experience in WHS management and risk assessment
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities
