Job summary

Chamberlains Law Firm is seeking an experienced Workplace & Employment Lawyer to join our growing Workplace & Commercial team in Sydney. You will work across a varied practice with matters including employment contracts, disputes, and commercial contracts.

We value strong drafting, communication and analytical skills, plus a commercially minded, client-focused approach. 3+ years' PAE is preferred, with openness to strong candidates from other locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PAE in workplace/employment and commercial law.
• Experience across employment/workplace and commercial matters.
• Litigation experience would be an advantage.
• Strong drafting, communication and analytical skills.
• Commercially minded and solutions focused.

Responsibilities

• Handle employment contracts, policies and workplace documentation.
• Manage workplace disputes, performance management and termination matters.
• Provide general employment and workplace relations advice.
• Assist with employment-related litigation and disputes.

Workplace & Employment Lawyer | 3+ Years PAE

Chamberlains Law Firm is looking for an experienced Workplace & Employment Lawyer to join our growing Workplace & Commercial team.

Ideally, you will have 3+ years' post-admission experience across workplace/employment and commercial law. The role is preferably based in Sydney, however we are open to considering strong candidates in other locations.

About the role

You will work across a varied practice, with matters potentially including:

• Employment contracts, policies and workplace documentation
• Workplace disputes, performance management and termination matters
• General employment and workplace relations advice
• Employment-related litigation and disputes
• Commercial disputes and litigation
• Commercial contracts and advisory matters
• Assisting businesses with practical, commercially focused solutions
• Developing strong and lasting client relationships

Previous experience across both employment/workplace law and commercial matters will be highly regarded. Litigation experience would also be an advantage.
