You'll collaborate closely with executives, clinical leaders, and project teams to design and implement innovative workforce models that reflect the future of healthcare delivery. Your work will span strategic discussions and hands‑on coordination — aligning governance, culture, and staffing to ensure readiness for the new hospital's opening.
