McMillan Shakespeare Group (MMS) is seeking a Workforce Data & Forecasting Lead to turn data into clear insights for Maxxia and RemServ Operations, delivering accurate demand forecasts, workforce models and planning insights to inform service delivery and growth. You will own forecasting methods and capacity frameworks, uplift planning capability, and build pragmatic models that drive efficiency.
This is a hybrid Brisbane role with strong collaboration across stakeholders.
