ASC Pty Ltd is seeking a Finance Coordinator to manage project budgets, reporting and forecasting across Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition and workforce development initiatives. The role emphasizes strong governance, robust controls and cross-functional collaboration.

ASC is Australia’s submarine company. You bring experience in financial administration, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights that support informed decision-making. You are comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining robust financial controls while ensuring compliance with governance and reporting requirements.
A proactive and collaborative team member, you build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and can confidently liaise with managers, project teams, subject matter experts, and finance professionals. Your strong communication skills enable you to present financial information clearly and contribute positively to project planning, monitoring, and review activities.
This role is well suited to professionals with experience in finance administration, accounts payable, procurement, project financial support, or broader finance coordination roles who are looking to apply their skills in a project-focused environment.
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to a NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
