Workers Compensation Associate / Senior Associate

We are representing a well-regarded Insurance and Workers Compensation team recognised for its technical expertise and long-standing client relationships. The practice advises on the full spectrum of workplace injury claims, acting for insurers, employers and government clients on complex and high-value matters.

Role

You will work across a variety of workers compensation and personal injury matters, including:

  • Catastrophic, multi‑injury and exposure claims
  • Liability, quantum and litigation strategy advice
  • Advocacy and dispute resolution in relevant jurisdictions
  • Client relationship management and contribution to business development
About You

You will have at least 2 years' post‑admission experience in insurance or personal injury law, with:

  • Strong drafting, analytical and litigation skills
  • Excellent communication and client management abilities
  • A proactive, detail‑oriented and team‑focused approach
  • An interest in developing both technical and business development skills
