Job summary

Softtest pays pty ltd is seeking a Workday integration consultant to join a fast-moving team across Australia. The role requires hands-on experience with Workday integration and HCM modules, plus strong consultative skills to build solid relationships with HR and internal partners.

The ideal candidate will absorb new technologies quickly, juggle multiple projects, and demonstrate excellent business communication and planning abilities to drive successful implementations.

Job description

• Contract start ASAP To 12 months + extensions.
• Eligible to work in Australia, Melbourne, Anywhere in Australia role.
• Workday integration experience, ideally Certified Workday Integration Pro
• Experience working with full workday implementation ideally in the HCM modules
• Strong consultative skills and the ability to build solid relationships with your team, HR, cross-functional internal partners and customers
• Ability to absorb new technologies and features quickly through independent learning
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously to meet critical deadlines
• Demonstrated requirements elicitation and assessment abilities
• Excellent business communication, writing, presentation and interpersonal skills, along with a strong customer focus
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
