Job summary

Lotus People in Australia seeks a Workday specialist focused on Advanced Compensation within the Remuneration & People Operations team. You will configure, enhance and optimise Workday, partnering with stakeholders to turn people data into meaningful insights across projects beyond BAU.

The role offers hybrid work with bases in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane and a strong emphasis on analytics, reporting and security. You will contribute to learning and development within a collaborative function.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Workday Consultant, People Systems Analyst or HR Systems Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Advanced Compensation, including compensation plans, eligibility rules, review cycles, testing and data validation.
• Strong experience creating advanced Workday reports, dashboards and calculated fields.
• Confidence translating people data into meaningful insights for stakeholders.
• Experience maintaining Workday security, including role-based access and domain security.
• Understanding of compensation and reward activities within Workday.
• Workday Prism Analytics experience is highly regarded but not essential.
• A curious, solutions-focused approach with an interest in using technology to improve people services.

• Test and validate system changes, troubleshoot issues and maintain high standards of data quality.
• Partner with Reward and People teams to improve Workday processes and deliver timely outcomes.
• Resolve Workday queries and issues raised across the business and People & Development function.

About The Role
