This role has no direct reports.

  • Coordinate and manage compliance planning, communications and reporting across multiple programs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with priorities
  • Respond to student enquiries and provide support for complex cases, including police check declarations and other sensitive compliance matters, as well as delivering online and in person presentations and guidance on compliance requirements to students
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across university systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for reporting and audit purposes
  • Contribute to education-related reporting, information production, and stakeholder communications to support placement compliance transparency and engagement
  • Provide support for agreements, special projects, and administrative tasks aligned with the objectives of the WIL team and Faculty Education & Student Experience priorities, as directed by the Academic Programs & WIL Team Lead.
