Job summary

Cleanaway is Australia’s largest waste management organisation with over 10,000 employees across 400 sites. The role requires operation of a Heavy Rigid collection vehicle, loading/unloading, and ensuring top-tier customer service while complying with safety and paperwork requirements.

The paid 5-week training program leads to an HR licence, with uniforms/PPE provided. Applicants must hold a minimum 24 months of an unrestricted licence and pass a driving history check, including demerits.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable with manual handling.
• Must be willing to take a Pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol test.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Heavy Rigid collections vehicle servicing customers and performing loading and unloading duties.
• Deliver loads to nominated recycling and disposal facilities and ensure high levels of customer service.
• Complete all paperwork and records accurately.
• Adhere to company regulations and safety standards.
