Country Road Group is seeking a Visual Merchandising Area Manager to bring Witchery's style authority to life across NSW and ACT. You will partner with Retail Regional Managers and Store Teams to deliver inspiring store environments and elevate the customer experience.
This fixed-term role ends September 2027. You will coach store teams, drive VM execution to brand standards, and help simplify processes while maintaining a culture of excellence and attention to detail.
As the Visual Merchandising Area Manager, you will play a key role in bringing Witchery's vision as the Style Authority to life across NSW and ACT. Partnering with Retail Regional Managers and Store Teams, you will create inspiring store experiences that connect customers with our collections, elevate the customer experience and showcase our brand's distinctive point of view. You will empower Store Managers to confidently own visual merchandising, building their capability and creativity while driving consistent, high-quality execution across the region. This is an incredible opportunity for an instore or field Visual Merchandiser looking to take the next step in their career.
