Qualifications

• Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, Bash, Perl, Ruby or similar.
• 1+ years of SRE, systems engineering, systems administration, DevOps, security administration, or network administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Windows Server infrastructure systems and Active Directory services.
• Perform system maintenance, updates, and patch management for Windows environments.
• Develop and implement automation solutions for routine support processes using PowerShell and other scripting tools.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all support activities, and contribute to knowledge base and runbook development.
• Participate in on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 system availability.
