We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Windows System Administrator to manage, monitor, and support our Windows-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and security of Windows servers and services. This role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, and implementing best practices in system administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems (2012 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022).
  • Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and other core infrastructure services.
  • Perform server patching, updates, and system hardening in compliance with security policies.
  • Administer virtualization environments (Hyper‑V, VMware, etc.).
  • Monitor system performance and availability using tools like SCOM, Nagios, or SolarWinds.
  • Respond to incidents, service requests, and troubleshoot system‑related issues.
  • Maintain system documentation and change management logs.
  • Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Collaborate with security and network teams to ensure infrastructure security and compliance.
  • Assist in planning and executing infrastructure upgrades and migrations.
  • Automate routine tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools.
Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of experience in Windows server administration.
