Lawyers Weekly on the Gold Coast is seeking a Wills & Estates Lawyer or Senior Associate with 3–6+ years PAE to join a high-quality team. You will work with high-net-worth individuals and business owners across estate matters and collaborate with commercial and property teams.

About the Role:

You’ll be working with a wide range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners, advising across the full spectrum of estate matters:

• Drafting wills, testamentary trusts, enduring powers of attorney, and advanced health directives
• Estate planning, asset protection, and wealth structuring
• Probate and letters of administration
• Estate administration, including complex and contested estates
• Working closely with our commercial and property teams on integrated client matters
• Providing guidance to junior staff (if you’re ready to step into a mentoring role)
