Andersons Solicitors partnership in Adelaide is seeking a motivated Wills & Estates Lawyer with 3+ years PAE, including estate litigation experience, to join our growing team. You will handle a broad range of matters, from estate planning to probate, across a collaborative, mid-sized firm with strong client relationships.

You will have opportunities for career progression as you develop within the firm, working across multiple offices and contributing to a supportive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years PAE in Wills and Estates law
• Strong knowledge of estate planning, probate, and estate administration
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Wills & Estates Lawyer (3+ years PAE) including Estate Litigation experience, to join our growing Adelaide team. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to take the next step in their career within a well-established, mid-sized firm known for its collaborative culture and strong client relationships.

You will work across a broad range of wills and estates matters, including estate planning, administration of estates, probate applications, and estate disputes. The role offers genuine opportunities for career progression and increased responsibility as you develop within the firm.
