Job summary

Ecosure is seeking a Project Manager - Wildlife Services based in Central Queensland. You will lead diverse wildlife projects, coordinating field teams, budgets and client delivery across regional Queensland.

A pro-active leader with 2-5 years of PM experience in wildlife, ecology or natural resource sectors will thrive in our collaborative, safety-centric culture. Your role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, regulatory liaison and delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience in project management, environmental consulting or related field.
• Experience in wildlife, ecology, natural resource management or related disciplines.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules and client expectations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage wildlife projects from initiation through to completion.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, field teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
• Prepare project reports and client deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation and governance compliance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with regulators and stakeholders.
• Coordinate field-based teams and promote a safety-focused culture.
