Job summary

Allied Pinnacle Pty is seeking a qualified WHSE Advisor to join our Queensland operations across the Tennyson and Yatala sites on a full-time, permanent basis. You will partner with operational teams to strengthen safety culture and drive compliance.

The successful candidate will hold a Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health and Safety, have FMCG safety experience, and lead risk assessments, investigations and training.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health and Safety.
• Proven safety experience in food, pharmaceutical, dairy or beverage manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk assessment processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive positive change.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of company-wide strategic initiatives.
• Assist operations in embedding effective communication and consultation processes.
• Conduct investigations into significant incidents.
• Facilitate risk assessments, risk workshops and problem-solving sessions.
• Develop and support strategic HSE action plans focused on continuous improvement and best practice.
• Support company reporting requirements and ensure timely follow-up of corrective actions.
• Conduct safety training sessions using provided training materials.
• Support internal and external business audits.
• Assist with incident and hazard reporting and investigation processes.
• Maintain WHSE documentation and records.
• Ensure site compliance with environmental policies and legislative requirements.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, including WorkSafe Queensland and the EPA.

• nd Safety.Proven experience in a safety role within food, pharmaceutical, dairy or beverage manufacturing environments. FMCG experience will be highly

• equipment.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders and drive positi
