Job summary

Bob Jane T-Marts is seeking a skilled Wheel Aligner / Foreperson to manage the workshop flow and lead a team at our Coorparoo T-Marts. You will perform wheel alignments, tyre servicing and related tasks to ensure vehicles operate safely and efficiently.

The role requires experience in automotive servicing, strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality. You will liaise with customers, uphold health and safety standards, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a wheel aligner or in automotive servicing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality of work.
• Good communication skills to liaise with customers.
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team.
• Full manual driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage workshop flow and lead a Workshop Team.
• Conduct wheel alignments using specialised equipment.
• Diagnose and rectify suspension and steering issues.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the repair process.
• Adhere to all health, safety and quality standards.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
