Brennans Tyrepower is recruiting a Tyre Fitter/Wheel Aligner for our Burdekin region store in North Queensland. The role involves performing wheel alignments on cars, SUVs and 4WDs, and working both in a team and independently with strong communication skills.

Harvest season demands flexible time management as tyre workloads range from trucks to tractors. Maintain safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while contributing to a family-run store with a long local history.

Qualifications

• Experience with wheel alignment on cars, SUVs and 4WD vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform wheel alignments for cars, SUVs and 4WDs.
• Identify and address customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage time especially during peak harvest season when tyre workloads vary.
• Change tyres for passenger cars, light trucks and RVs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
• Provide feedback on issues to help improve the business.

Brennans Tyrepower is part of the Tyrepower Group found throughout Australia. Each store is independently owned and work together as as buying group. We promote a safe environment for our teamas we haveup to date equipment for our team members. Our family run store is in the Burdekin region in North Queensland and has been servicing the area since 1969. Most of our clientele are sugar farmers, small crop farmers and local town people.

The Role

A great opportunity to part of our team as a Tyre Fitter/Wheel Aligner. The successful candidate should be able to work as part of a team or individually. You should also have good communications skills. Must be able to do wheel alignments on car, suv and 4wd vehicles.

What you would do

• Wheel Align - car, Suv and 4wd vehicles and diagnose any problems that may need to addressed eg parts need to be changed
• Identify and assess customer needs and go above and beyond to make the customer satisfied.
• Time Management - During our harvest season from June to November we have truck tyres through to Large tractor tyres thatrequireto be fixed in a set time frame.
• Change passenger,light truck and RV tyres
• Keep a safe and clean work area
• Provide feedback on any issues so that they can be rectified to make business improve
