Qualifications

• Registered Psychologist with AHPRA
• Experience supporting trauma and high-risk environments
• Experience in first-responder or domestic violence contexts is valued

Responsibilities

• Deliver frontline wellbeing support in a first-responder environment
• Provide routine wellbeing screening, early intervention and crisis response
• Support colleagues across a stepped-care wellbeing model for NTPS and NTFES workers
