Good Shepherd has reimagined the role of a year level coordinator into a Wellbeing Leader to support student growth and development in the secondary phase of learning. The Wellbeing Leader takes ownership of a year level in the secondary school and supports the holistic development of students through high-quality pastoral care, community and parent engagement, and academic support. We are currently recruiting for Wellbeing Leaders of Year 8 and Year 12 to complement our team for the new school year.
The role is a Position of Added Responsibility (PAR) on a three-year contract partnered with a permanent teaching role. Applicants are asked to include in their application a clear identification of their capacity in their specialist subject area/s.

Good Shepherd is a co-educational Prep to Year 12 Lutheran College that serves the families of the breathtakingly beautiful Noosa district on the Sunshine Coast. Centrally located 130kms from the Brisbane CBD, Good Shepherd Lutheran College is situated on a 9.5hectare campus. The College has a total enrolment of approximately1100 students. Our College is part of the ministry of The Lutheran Church in Queensland and has strong ties to the Noosa Lutheran Parish.
