Job summary

Duratec Australia is seeking an experienced Lead Remediation Supervisor to oversee hands-on project work across Pilbara sites in WA. You will lead crews, coordinate scarce resources, and ensure high standards of safety, quality and productivity while delivering steel repair and protective coating projects.

Ideal candidates have a strong trades background, leadership capability and a proven track record in remediation and maintenance projects.

Qualifications

• Cert 10 Welding Supervisor Qualification – advantageous.
• Construction White Card.
• Work at Heights.
• Confined Space Entry.
• High Risk Work Licence - Elevated Work Platform (EWP).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise onsite remediation crews across Pilbara project sites.
• Coordinate labour, equipment and materials to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Perform and oversee structural steel remediation works.
• Weld sacrificial anodes and complete steel augmentation activities for concrete repairs.
• Carry out structural steel repairs, strengthening and member replacements.
• Complete repairs and maintenance of protective coating systems.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality and productivity.
• Travel to various project locations throughout the Pilbara region.

In this hands-on leadership role, you'll oversee remediation projects across multiple sites, driving safe, high-quality outcomes while leading crews in the delivery of steel repair works.

Lead the work onsite to ensure efficient and effective utilisation of resources and successful delivery of project works.
